POLICIES
The Padlock Ranch is open seasonally from May through September.
- We offer an adult oriented program; guests are generally 18 years and older.
- We have a string of well trained ranch horses.
- Guests are welcome to bring their own horse with proof of current vaccinations and health papers
- Pets (and wildlife) will be supplied by us. Please do not bring yours
- Guests are required to sign a "Notice and Acknowledgement of Risks".
- Non-smoking facility.
- We do not provide alcoholic beverages; it is up to our guests to bring their own.
Special requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
RATES
2012
5 Day Package: 5 days and 5 nights.
$1900.00 per person single occupancy, plus 6% sales tax
$1650.00 per person double occupancy, plus 6% sales tax
Cowboy School
$1800.00 per person double occupancy, plus 6% sales tax
$2050.00 per person single occupancy, plus 6% sales tax

Airport Transportation:
The Padlock Ranch offers a courtesy shuttle to and from the Sheridan, WY airport. We
also offer a round trip shuttle from the Billings, MT airport for an additional $200.00 per
vehicle.
Check in/out:
5 day package – Check in Monday between noon and 2:00 pm, check out Saturday after
lunch
Deposit: $300.00 per person at time of booking
Final Payment: Due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations:
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund you your deposit less a 20% handling fee. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the reservation your entire deposit will be forfeited. If cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival funds maybe transferrable to a future booking, otherwise funds are not refundable. No refunds on unused portions of your stay.
